Automotive Cells Company, the European joint venture for EV battery cells, relies on Eirich technology for the development of its production processes.
Eirich builds intensive mixers, grinding mills and turnkey plants for battery, foundry, ceramics, refractory and concrete producers. One mixing principle, scaled across a family of machines.
Every line below is listed by name on the Eirich newsroom, with projects, dates and customers. Lines that are running, not slides. If you want to visit one, we will arrange it.
Automotive Cells Company, the European joint venture for EV battery cells, relies on Eirich technology for the development of its production processes.
A quarter century of partnership between this Ukrainian iron ore producer and the mixing machinery engineers in Hardheim.
A renowned German producer of high quality precast concrete modernised its mixing lines with Eirich to boost efficiency and product quality.
Specialist refractory producer Schmitter runs Eirich intensive mixers for the preparation of demanding refractory masses.
Every Eirich line shares the same pan and rotor geometry. What worked in 5 litres in our Technikum works in 12,000 litres on your plant floor. No re-qualification, no second recipe.
Recipe development, process screening, scale up protocols. Trial batches for R&D and gigafactory qualification.
Pilot and small series runs for specialty ceramics, electrode slurries, catalysts and high value compounds.
Industrial lines for foundry sand, mineral processing, battery active material and mass concrete.
In a conventional mixer the tool drags material around the vessel. The batch moves, but it moves together. Agglomerates survive. Fines escape the shear zone.
In an Eirich mixer the pan rotates one way and the rotor rotates the other. Material is forced through the rotor at every revolution. Shear is concentrated, energy is uniform, and the same trajectories repeat from 5 litres to 12,000 litres.
Hover any tile to see the machine we would recommend first and the batch volume we would start at. Every recommendation traces back to a line already running for a customer in that industry.
Eirich ships inline analytics, plant visualisation, remote service and predictive maintenance as part of the machine, not as a bolt on. Four modules that keep a line in specification without a constant operator on the pan.
Real time particle, moisture and homogeneity tracking. AT1, AC1, MT1, RT1, RT2 and VC1 across the material chain.
A live process view across every mixer, weighing station and conveyor on the line.
Engineers in Hardheim connected directly to the machine, anywhere in the world.
Vibration and wear telemetry feeding preventive service before unplanned downtime.
The machine is built in Germany. Spare parts are stocked in six regional hubs. Service engineers speak your language. When a line goes down, the clock starts in Hardheim and the fix lands on your floor.
Ship us a sample, or come to Hardheim with a drum. Our Technikum has forty intensive mixers across every scale from 0.1 litre to 2,000 litres. We run your material, hand you the report and scale the same recipe onto your production line.
